   Yeah, step of volume change with mouse wheel is far to big right now. In my case it changes from "pretty loud" to "complete silent" in just one mouse-wheel step.
   I would recommend making it more precise and/or use e.g. ctrl key to temporary change the precision (e.g. 5x more/less than usual) .
