No go with Asus Xonar DX 5.1 speaker config
Always gives me a "Oooops, an internal error has occured..." when using default playback device.

But :
- some streams take forever to start playing
- some (most) european radios in the database need updating ... perhaps you could partner with www.listenlive.eu/ for updates.

Someway of selecting streaming bitrate
I need a way to select the available streaming rates from the radio station, Sometimes the internet connection isn't great where i am and its a pain, the buffering works well up until the stream downloads slower than the playback. for instance if the rate was 192kbps and the internet connection goes to crap then i would like the opportunity to select 54kbps or similar.
Some kind of buffer meter would be awesome, like:
((BufferSeconds-PlaybackSeconds)/BufferSize)*100 = Buffer%
This will allow me to visually see how the stream is performing.

Have some way to sort and organize the stations like in the old screamer. :-)
I have donated in the past and just found the new version. I have installed it, but a lot of the stations don't work like the ones from .FM who have started blocking free streams. We really need a way to organize the stations into folders or categories as we did with the old version.

the problem with current stations list is that there is no automated way for collaboration (add/update/delete stations).

temporary mute with auto unmute after a customizable period
i have a love-hate relationship with my favorite radio station. love because they have good talks but hate because sometimes they mix music I like with commercial dance crap that I hate.
Many times I put the pc on mute but then later I forget to unmute.
As a song only has few minutes, it would be awesome to press a special mute button or right click on systray and choose a special mute option, that would mute then automatically after 2m:30s would release the sound.BONUS: it would be BRILLIANT to detect when song ends and automatically unmute. Libraries…
